OnePlus 2 Price Confirmed By CEO, Pete Lau
Well, some what.
Chinese smartphone maker, OnePlus once again, seems to be eating its own words. Unlike the last time where the issue revolved around the removable StyleSwap covers, the new one arises due to a pricing confusion.
OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau finally laid a lot of speculations to rest regarding the OnePlus 2’s pricing. Pete Lau has now confirmed that the pricing will be below 500 USD, around the 450 USD (Rs 28,438) mark.
The device that was initially confirmed to cost Rs 25,000, then upwards of Rs 20,000 and lastly, higher than Rs 20,000, seems to have finally found a proper range.

Now that its confirmed, we can easily conclude that the 32 GB OnePlus 2 will cost about 399 USD (approx. Rs 25000), while the 449 USD (approx. Rs 29000) price tag seems to be allotted for the 64 GB version.
So there you have it. Even though the hints regarding the pricing have not been too accurate, OnePlus (according to past reports) seems to be pointing users to a price tag that is certainly higher than the OnePlus One. And this as the engineering team earlier pointed out, is simply because of the pricey Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset.
