Xiaomi May Launch Mi Note In India On June 30
Though the announcement is not clear enough, the company hints the product to be Mi Note with words "Note-worthy" in its social media handles.
Update: While Xiaomi had earlier hinted at revealing some 'Note-worthy' and 'jaw-dropping' announcement for its fans in India, the social media went on a ride with many guessing about the Indian launch of the Mi Note.
Surprisingly, the announcement was not the launch of a new smartphone but rather, a price cut of Rs 2,000 for the Redmi Note 4G which is now available at Rs 7,999 on Mi.com and across Mi India partners including Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, The Mobile Stores and Airtel stores.
It finally looks like time has come for many Xiaomi fans to rejoice with another device being launched in India on June 30.
While the announcement by Xiaomi is still not clear enough to understand, it does hints that the new device to be launched in India may be the Mi Note.
It is worth noting that the company has been boasting about the new device to be launched as 'Note-worthy to be stay tuned' making us guess that the new device to be the much awaited Mi Note.
The company has also announced on its Facebook post that one lucky person who guesses the device to be launched correctly will be walking away with a MI product on June 30 at 10 AM.

However, it is worth noting that the Mi Note was launched earlier in January in China along with the Mi Note Pro.
Also, the company had recently come up a limited Pink Edition of the Mi Note in April during its fifth anniversary sale.
Speaking about the specifications of the Mi Note, it flaunts a 5.7 full HD display while boasting a 2.5D curved glass with Gorilla Glass 3 protection on both sides.
The device is powered by a 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor paired with a 3 GB RAM while internal storage comes in two variants; 16 GB and 64 GB.
If you are a lover of taking photographs in your smartphone, you would be getting a 13 MP rear camera with two tone similar which is quite similar to that of Apple iPhone 6 and 4 MP selfie camera on the front.
The device also supports 4G while it comes with dual SIM card slots, WiFi and Bluetooth.
However, we must wait and see what the company actually announces on June 30 at 10 AM.
