LAVA Takes The Smartphone Pricing To A New Low With Iris 408e
The Rs 3800 phone ships with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
Just when you thought that Micromax's Bolt A46 insanely cheap for Rs 4592, LAVA has launched its Iris 408e for 3.8 grand. This entry-level phone comes with dual-SIM functionality. It sports a 4" touch screen with 480x800 pixels and 462k colours. It is powered by a dual-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. Similar to Micromax's offering, the the Iris 404e comes with comes with a paltry 256 MB RAM. Other specs include 2 megapixel rear camera, and 1400 mAh battery. LAVA has got Wi-Fi and Bluetooth covered, but has done away with 3G. What worries me is that the phone only has 256 MB RAM to handle Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
The Iris 408e is available via ecommerce websites and brick and mortar stores across the country.
