Micromax Launches Canvas Fun A74 For Rs 7800

The budget smartphone feature a 4.5” screen and dual-core processor.

 

After unveiling the Canvas Fun A76 last week, Micromax has now rolled out Fun A74 with a 4.5-inch display. Similar to Nokia’s Lumia range, this phone is available in multiple colours including red and blue. The phone is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor, coupled with 512 MB of RAM. Since the phone ships with Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean), we wonder whether the RAM would be enough to handle the OS. Other features include 5 megapixel camera, 4 GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 1500 mAh battery.

The phone is available for Rs 7800 via online stores such as Saholic.com. The other options in this price-range include XOLO Q600 (Rs 8000) that packs in a quad-core processor and Nokia Lumia 520 (Rs 9000) with an IPS screen and Windows Phone 8 OS.
