HP Announces New EliteBook and ProBook In India

The ProBook priced at Rs 39,000, comes with in-built 3G support while the EliteBook costs Rs 90,000.

 

HP India has announced two new notebooks in India - the EliteBook Revolve 810 and ProBook 430 G1. The new notebooks are aimed at professional users of both premium and average segments. Preloaded with Windows 8, these notebooks will aid professionals who are always on the go.

HP EliteBook Revolve 810
The HP EliteBook Revolve 810 is a sleek convertible notebook weighing in at 1.36 kgs and a smaller 11.6" touch based display. It has a resolution of 1366 x 786 and packs in a 4 GB RAM with options to add more up to 12 GB of memory. It also comes with 256 GB SSD for faster performance and Intel HD 4000 GPU. It is powered by third generation Intel Core CPUs with users having a choice between Core i7, Core i5 and Core i3 processors. Connectivity features include 2 USB 3.0 ports, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. The convertible's touch based display is protected by Gorilla Glass 2 and the notebook also boasts of NFC capabilities. All these features comes at a hefty price tag of Rs 90,000.

HP ProBook 430 G1
The ProBook 430 is a regular notebook with 13.3" screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768 and will be available in a range of configurations. Buyers will be have a choice of selecting between 4rth generation Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 and will also have a choice between regular 500 GB hard disk or 120 GB/128 GB SSDs. The ProBook 430 will offer RAM up to 16 GB and Intel HD 4400 or 5000 integrated graphics depending on the choice of processors. In addition there will also be options to users to opt for an inbuilt 3G version of the notebook, allowing internet connectivity even without a separate dongle. The notebook comes with regular connectivity features like HDMI, 2 x USB 3.0, one USB 2.0 and Bluetooth. The HP ProBook 430 is priced at Rs 39,000.
