LG Optimus L9 II To Come With 8 MP Camera

The new Optimus is expected to provide users with a dual-core processor.

 

After moving away from the Optimus series in favour for the G series, LG seems to be reviving the former. The LG Optimus L9 II is expected to come with a 4.7" touchscreen. The series already boasts of the Optimus L1 II, L3 II, L5 II, and L7 II.

According to a report published in The Unlockr, LG's Optimus L9 II will launch by the end of August, and is likely to run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and pack in an 8 MP rear camera. The other technical details include:

  • 4.7" 720p touchscreen.
  • Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.
  • 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, on a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 SoC.
  • 8 MP rear camera, 1.3 MP front snapper.
  • 1 GB RAM.
  • 8 GB internal storage.
  • MicroSD card slot with support for up to 32 GB.
  • Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS, microUSB.
  • 2150 mAh battery.

The price tag of the LG Optimus L9 II is unknown as of now, but since the L7 II Dual is priced at Rs 13,790, expect this one to cost more than that.
