ASUS ET2301 AiO With Intel Core i5 Processor Launched

The AIO comes with a 23" backlit display.

 

ASUS, which recently launched the the ASUS M51AC with the recent Intel Haswell SoC called, has brought out a new AiO (All-In-One), the ASUS ET2301. This one comes with a 23" full HD display, and runs Windows 8. The new AiO is priced at a staggering Rs 100,800. ASUS ET2301 AiO is powered by Intel's Core i5 processor, and its key technical specifications according to the official press release include:

  • 23" LED-backlit IPS display (10-point capacitive multi-touch).
  • Windows 8 operating system.
  • Intel Core i5-4430S processor.
  • NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M graphics, with NVIDIA 3D Vision.
  • 2 MP front auto-focus front camera, with 1080p video recording.
  • 8 GB DDR3 RAM.
  • 1 TB hard disk.
  • Internal woofer and optional desktop subwoofer.
  • Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, USB.
  • 6-in-1 memory card reader.

Along with these tech-specs, there are also a couple of Intel Thunderbolt ports. ASUS also claims that its AiCharger II technology will lead to a 50% quicker charging of smartphones and tablets via USB, and even when the AiO is off. The AiO also supports a Device Share mode that turns it into a docking unit that can be used with a laptop/notebook computer. The Ai crosslink mechanism in the ASUS AiO should also provide for sharing of files with other Windows computers.
