Lemon Introduces Aspirational A3 3D Phone For Rs 12,000
Android handset is powered by a dual-core CPU, dual cameras, and 4.3" screen with glasses-free 3D.
Just as we thought that the 3D hype was over, Lemon has launched a new phone with a 3D screen. The Aspirational A3 handset runs Android 4.0 (ICS) and is powered by a dual-core CPU with 1 GB of RAM. It has a 4.3" QHD screen with 3D that doesn't require you to wear glasses. This means that the screen is autostereoscopic, which means that you can probably view the 3D only from a limited number of sweet-spots, relative to the screen. The company mentions that it supports 3D videos and 3D games and a few are preloaded on the device. There are dual cameras to take care of photography and video chat. This is a dual-SIM handset. Wireless connectivity is present in the form of 3G on one SIM, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. Here are the product's specifications:

- Dual-SIM (WCDMA + GSM), Dual-Band.

- 8 mp rear camera with autofocus, 2 mp front camera.
- 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM Radio, 3.5 mm audio jack, GPS.
- Sensors: Light, Proximity, 3D G-Sensor.
- Supports 3D videos and 3D games.
- 1640 mAh battery with up to 7 hours talk time and 250 hours standby.
- 5" (H) x 2.54" (W) x 0.44" (11.2 mm)(D), 105 grams.
The handset comes with several pre-loaded apps and you can add more from Google Play Store. Lemon has priced the Aspirational A3 at Rs 12,000. While we are not sure how many of you are fans of 3D, those of you who are still have a cheaper option in the form of the Micromax Canvas 3D with a newer Android version, a bigger screen, and a price tag of Rs 10,000.
