Google Chrome 26 For iOS Now Supports Cloud Print
The web browser has started rolling out, so grab it now if you own an Apple iDevice.
Google Chrome 26 for iOS has now arrived, and the updated browser brings with it new features for iPhone and iPod Touch. Coming nearly a month after its predecessor (Chrome 25), this version offers full screen browsing, with which web content can be viewed better in smaller displays. To get a full screen view, users need to scroll down a page until the toolbar disappears. Users can also quickly access the omnibox (address bar at the top of the browser) again, by scrolling back down.
In addition to fullscreen mode, Chrome 26 for iOS also supports printing of web pages via Google Cloud Print. This enables instant printing on iOS devices, as Apple provides AirPrint (an Apple technology that lets applications create full-quality printed output using Apple's driverless printing architecture) in all of its devices. Users can also save web pages as PDFs in Google Drive. There also are various stability and performance enhancements, and the app is available for download from the Apple iTunes Store.
