Compaq Televisions partners Awards-Winning Mimi Hearing Technologies to introduce Sound Personalization in Smart TVs in India
Compaq Televisions through a collaboration with Berlin-based, multiple CES Innovation of the year awards winner, Mimi Hearing Technologies, has integrated Mimi’s technology into Compaq Smart Televisions, scheduled to launch this July. The Compaq smart TVs will be equipped with Mimi Sound Personalization technology, that adapts the audio to each individual’s unique hearing ability for an immersive, high-fidelity, and intelligible TV experience.
Compaq is one of biggest brands in the computing and smart electronics space and was the market leader in many segments in early and mid-2000s. The brand was acquired by HP, which through a licensing partnership with Ossify Industries is launching smart Televisions in many regions globally. Compaq computers were always known for being the ultimate personal devices and are still known for their quality and innovation.
