Asus Zenfone 4 Series To Launch In India On Sept 14

We do not still know whether the company will launch all the phones in the series or only a few.

 

It looks like Asus is finally planning to launch its ZenFone 4 series of smartphones in India, as the company has started sending invites for the event to be held on Sept 14. To recall, the new series of smartphones, including ZenFone 4 Pro, ZenFone 4, ZenFone Selfie Pro, ZenFone 4 Selfie, and ZenFone 4 Max were launched in Taiwan last month.

To start with, the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro comes with a 5.5 inch FHD AMOLED display, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 6 GB RAM, 64 GB ROM, dual rear camera setup with 12 MP/ 16 MP sensors and an 8 MP front facing shooter.

On the other hand, the ZenFone 4 features a 5.5 inch FHD Super IPS+ display, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, 6 GB / 4 GB RAM, and 64 GB ROM. Along side, it also features a dual rear camera module with one 12 MP sensor and another 8 MP. The front facing camera is of 8 MP capacity.

Moving further, the Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro is a selfie-focused smartphone and thus, features a dual selfie camera setup with two 12 MP sensors. It also features a 5.5 inch FHD AMOLED Display, 4 GB RAM, and 64 GB ROM. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor.

Lastly, the ZenFone 4 Selfie comes with a 5.5 inch HD Display and is powered by a 1.4 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor paired with a 4 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM. It also features 16 MP rear camera and a dual selfie camera setup with 20 MP / 8 MP sensors.

With that said, we still do not know as to whether the company is launching all these four smartphones from the series in India, or only a few of them would see the light of the day. We will get to know as we approach near to the launch event. Watch this space for more updates.
