Lava Launches Feature Phone Metal 24 For INR 2,000
The phone lacks even 3G connectivity, and the price seems to be way too high.
Indian smartphone company Lava has today announced the launch of a new feature phone dubbed as Metal 24, for a price of INR 2,000.
While the highlight of the feature phone is its full metal body, it comes with a 2.4 inch QVGA display screen, powered by a MTk6261D processor and a 1.3 MP rear camera with flash.
The Lava Metal 24 also features a 1,000 mAh battery and will be available in Gunmetal and Black color schemes. Additionally, the feature phone comes with built-in FM pretty much like many other feature phones.
However, the phone lacks even the 3G connectivity, forget about 4G. With this in mind, considering a price tag of INR 2,000 seems to be way too pricey for the device, especially in this era when 4G smartphones are available for within INR 3,000 price range.
