Vivo Working On A Low-end Device?

The smartphone showcased on TENAA is expected to bring a decent selfie camera and 4 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM.

It seems that Chinese smartphone maker Vivo is working on a lower-end smartphone along with its much awaited and rumoured device, the X9, that is expected to be launched by the end of this month.

The new budget device has recently surfaced on TENAA with a model number, Y67, and the pictures showcased on TENAA are given below as well.

According to the listing, the smartphone may sport a 5.5 inch 720p display, while the camera department is made up of a 13 MP sensor in the rear and 16 MP front facing camera. Surprisingly, if this is true, the Y67 by Vivo will be capable of capturing selfies much better than regular images.

Adding further, we expect a MediaTek MT6750 chipset coupled with a 4 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM to power up the device, under the hood. It may also come with 4G LTE support and a 2,930 mAh battery. We may also see the device running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The Y67 may sport a fingerprint sensor in the Home button itself, while we may get the device in rose gold and champagne gold colour options.

As far as the availability is concerned, we expect the device to be announced alongside the much awaited X9, which may be during the Nov 17 event being held by Vivo.
