Lava Lists A97 Smartphone With VoLTE Support

The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is capable of making HD voice calls over the 4G VoLTE networks.

 

Lava has recently listed a new smartphone dubbed as the A97 at a price of INR 5,949 on its official website, which we expect to be available for sale pretty soon.

Speaking about the specifications, the Lava A97 sports a 5 inch FWVGA TFT display while supporting dual SIM connectivity and running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. With 4G VoLTE support, the smartphone is pretty much compatible with Reliance Jio 4G voice calls.

On the camera end, the smartphone comes with a 5 MP sensor on the rear along with another 5 MP sensor in the front for taking selfies. Both these camera sensors are accompanied by LED flashes to enable dark light photography, which is pretty much common in every smartphone nowadays.

Under the hood, the A97 comes with a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of inbuilt storage. The device comes backed by a 2,350 mAh battery, while being available in Blue, Gold, and Grey color variants.
