Lava Launches X80 Tablet With 8 Inch Display
While features tend to excite, the fact that Lava X80 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat seems to be a big demotivation.
Indian smartphone maker Lava has announced the launch of Lava X80, a tablet specifically crafted to provide ‘Next Generation Experience’ to consumers, as claimed by the company.
Priced at INR 9,999, the tablet will be available across all national retail stores and multi-brand outlets.
Lava X80 comes with an 8 inch HD IPS display while being powered by 1.83 GHz quad core processor with Intel Atom Baytrail. Also, the tablet features a 5 MP primary and 3.2 MP Selfie camera while giving users camera features such as Auto Focus and LED Flash.
The tablet incorporates an onboard storage of 16GB ROM which is further expandable upto 32GB.
Featuring a powerful 4200 mAh battery, the tablet provides a long lasting usage on a single charge. Additionally, Lava X80 features a full HD (1080p) video playback feature.
However, the tablet runs on Android 4.4 KitKat which is definitely a big turn off to many smartphone and tablet addicts out there in the market!
